Las Puertas de Orion, 1990
28' x 5' x 14'Referring to the origins of Orion, who is considered to be the son of Mother Earth, Las Puertas de Orion arise majestically as if coming forth from the very core of the earth. These gigantic lintels mark the passage toward the nocturnal winter cycles, guarded by Atlas, from where come the shrine, the golden armour, and unclothed back of Orion.
