Babel-Tube

The artist has erected a tower out of Sonotube, a cardboard mold into which concrete is poured to create column-like forms. After covering the tower with newspaper clippings, she has painted around certain images with a light blue paint, creating a vast area of negative space where certain images are highlighted.
