FlashPark

For her project, Tallichet will create a large neon sculpture using the words YES, NO, and MAYBE which will flash one at a time in random order, punctuated by 20 second intervals of darkness. The work will function as an oracle or Magic 8-Ball, providing answers to questions asked of it by viewers.
