September – October 2021

We are currently working on de-installing artist Guadalupe Maravilla’s solo presentation ‘Planeta Abuelx,‘ and beginning preparations for ‘The 2021 Socrates Annual: Sanctuary’ exhibition, which opens October 2021.

The Park remains free and open to the public everyday from 9am – sundown during exhibition installation and de-installation, though certain areas may be cordoned off for safety. View our Covid 19 updates–>

Several art and architectural projects remain on view at the Park during exhibition transition periods. Paul Ramírez Jonas’ monument installation, ‘Eternal Flame,’ remains on view. From the Folly/Function design competition in partnership with the Architectural League of New York, the projects Objects In Mirror Are Closer Than They Appear,’ by School Studio, and ‘Sticks‘ by Hou de Sousa are on view. And finally, John Ahearn‘s sculptures ‘Raymond & Toby,’ ‘Daleesha,’ and ‘Cory,’ are viewable in the education area of the Park.
