Walk 2: Politics of Sharing Space

Friday, September 13 • 6pm • Meet at Sixteen Oaks Grove

Artist Rafael Domenech, whose sculpture ‘Las Palabras Son Muros [Pavilion for Astoria]‘ is on view now at the Park, is offering interactive walking tours of Astoria!
Participants will delve into psychogeography (the study of the effects of the geographical environment on the emotions and behavior of individuals) and discuss aesthetic details of the urban industrial setting.
After covering a distance of approximately one mile, the walk will end at the Park.

FREE • RSVP to rsvp@socratessculpturepark.org

‘Las Palabras son Muros [Pavilion for Astoria]’ is made possible with generous support from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
