Levani’s Room: ecdysis

Hosted by miss jeeva and Jon H.M. Chan
Saturday, October 16 • 3PM – dusk • Registration Required
ecdysis* is a transdisciplinary pollination between the rave, public art, and social activism. Conceived as a series of live activations of Levani’s sculpture 127.1 BPM (for my dancing peers), it reimagines alternative ways of creating safe, conscious, accessible, and open dance floors as hubs for community building, care, and shared joy. The sets will be recorded and will be available through QR code for individual experiences throughout the run of the exhibition.
Manu Miran is a Venezuelan born-Brooklyn-based curator and DJ, founder of the global, multi-disciplinary underground platform Visceral.
