Sanctuary Exhibition Closing Celebration

Join us for the last chance to see ‘Sanctuary,’ the 2021 Fellows group exhibition on spaces of rest, care, and meditation. Hot tea will be available to complement the brisk spring weather. For the Spring Equinox, Heidi Neilson will premiere a new sound sculpture, the Space Weather Instrument Ensemble. Ayana Evans will perform A Legacy of Textures and Sun in and around Anina Major’s work Haven No. 3 at 3 p.m. We will celebrate by sharing this space together in the open air, viewing and discussing the urgent re-thinking of the concept of sanctuary for the contemporary moment.
