Mindful Astoria brings the art of mindfulness meditation to Socrates. Sessions are designed for all experience levels and practices include mindful breathing and walking, gentle optional stretching, and loving-kindness meditation. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion. A limited number of chairs are available to participants on a first come, first served basis. No RSVP or pre-registration required.
